1. Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and in original packaging).
- Certain products like intimate apparel, final sale items, and custom orders are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

- We will provide instructions on how to return your item, including a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges
