1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and in original packaging).
  • Certain products like intimate apparel, final sale items, and custom orders are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  2. We will provide instructions on how to return your item, including a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges
